The North Central Enterprise Region (NCER) is a regional economic development organization for the North Central Saskatchewan Region. It is a not-for-profit entity with representation from diverse regional economic stakeholders in key sectors of the region's economy, communities, and other organizations to provide the focus and leadership necessary to build high performing regions.

Our mandate and vision is “To assist the region to increase business and industry competitiveness, realize its economic potential and compete globally” and the strategic direction includes the following four objectives:
